3) Shipping to Unlisted Countries: If your country is not included in our shipping options, please contact us, and we will resolve this for you.

2. No Update in Tracking

Don’t worry, your package is still in transit. Please wait patiently.

If there are no updates for over 45 days, contact our After-Sale Service, and we will check the tracking and provide solutions.

4. Tracking Your Items

Once we receive the tracking number from the shipping company, we will upload it within approximately 3 days. You can view the logistics tracking number and track the order on the order details page.

5. Missing Shipping Notification

We send email notifications to your registered email address for each order. Ensure your email address is correct before purchase. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder.

6. Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they are usually shipped separately to reduce customs taxes and minimize the risk of damage during shipping.Each product will have a corresponding logistics tracking number, and you can track them on the order page.

7. Multiple Tracking Numbers

If your order shows several tracking numbers, it typically means the initial tracking number was updated. Alternatively, multiple items in the same order may have separate tracking numbers. For tracking issues, please contact us.

8. Returned Packages or Unusual Tracking Updates

If your package shows it has been returned or there are any unusual updates, contact us immediately. We will address the issue promptly. You can also check with your local post office once the package reaches your country.

9. Handling Customs Tax

  • United States: No customs tax.
  • EU Countries: Tax is included in the shipping cost.
  • Other Countries (Brazil, Chile, Canada, Peru, UK, etc.): We typically mark the value between $10-$30 to minimize the chances of customs tax on imported goods.
